Yes. Documents can only be shared by authenticated users who sign in using Smart-ID, Mobile-ID or ID card.
In the free plan, files are deleted automatically by the nightly cleanup process after the retention period ends. Deletion may not happen at the exact expiry moment, but within a reasonable time after the period ends. On paid plans, files may remain until manually deleted if the account is active and the storage limit has not been exceeded.
It means the total amount of actively stored files and workflows in the organization or account, not a single-file limit or monthly transfer volume. The same storage may include shared files, files received through file requests and files in signing workflows. Different files can be shared as long as the organization’s total used storage does not exceed the plan limit.
It is the total amount uploaded during a calendar month. Usage resets at the start of a new month, and files on the free plan are retained for up to 7 days.
An organization administrator assigns seats in advance, manages roles and sees storage usage by user. Only users with an active seat can use the organization’s paid storage and workflows.
After a failed payment, the backend provides a limited 3-day period to fix billing. A subscription cancelled at period end remains active until the paid period ends; immediate cancellation ends access immediately.
Yes. A file request gives the client an upload link. The client does not need a Workfiles account, and uploaded files count toward your organization’s storage.
